Ekocorp's administrative and management systems are well developed. The highest decision making authority is the Board of Directors, which meets at least four times in a year to set broad policy objectives and guidelines, which are executed by a management committee headed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

For decentralized operations and proper implementation, two board committees - Finance and General Purpose (F & GPC) and Clinical Services Committee (CSC) are in place to assist the Board in its function. The Management Committee is saddled with day to day executive function. Members include the CEO, the GM/Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the Chief Medical Officer, the Chief Matron and the Human Resources Manager. They meet every Tuesday. All the Clinical areas are under the Chief Medical Officer whilst the Administrative Units are supervised by the General Manager/COO.
